NFL Week 18 is here, and the final weekend of the 2025-2026 regular season features winner-take-all games, playoff seeding battles, and the last chance to make the postseason. Here's your complete guide to the schedule and how to follow the action on Bluesky.

Week 18 Playoff Picture

Entering Week 18, only two playoff spots remain:

  • AFC North – Ravens vs Steelers for the division title and final AFC playoff spot

Beyond those final spots, six teams are still fighting for the No. 1 seed and home-field advantage in their respective conferences.

Saturday Games (January 4)

Panthers (8-8) at Buccaneers (7-9) – 4:30 PM ET

Stakes: NFC South title on the line. Panthers clinch with a win or tie. Bucs can clinch with a win and Falcons loss.

Seahawks (13-3) at 49ers (12-4) – 8:00 PM ET

Stakes: The biggest Saturday game. Seahawks can clinch the NFC West, the No. 1 seed, and home-field advantage throughout the NFC playoffs with a win. 49ers can clinch the division with a win.
